Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Report an incorrect, missing or damaged item promptly with your order number and a photo where appropriate. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
Non-refundable Situations
Change of mind after preparation, incorrect address supplied by the customer, and reasonable delivery delays are normally not refundable.
